  Jill Burk grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan with a strong interest in the physical and emotional well-being of people around her. This interest led her to the art of Massage Therapy, a healing art that addresses the emotional, physical and the spiritual well- being.
In an increasingly busy and stress filled world Massage Therapy is a proven means of reducing muscle aches and pains as well as providing an overall feeling of relaxation and comfort.
Jill graduated as a Massage Therapist in 1995 in Edmonton . 1999 brought an opportunity to move to Calgary which led in 2002 to Jill opening her own successful Massage Therapy business “Massage To You”. In 2005 Jill expanded her company by adding “Calgary Seniors massage” a service providing gentle, caring touch to seniors with limited mobility.
Jill Burk is also certified in Chair massage; Champisage - an ancient Indian Head Massage technique which has been practised in India for
thousands of years; Indian Face Lift Massage - a non-surgical technique that lifts and refreshes the skin of the face; and Spa techniques including facials, seaweed body wraps, and aromatherapy wraps.

Services
1. PERSONAL COMPANIONS - A person will read aloud, play games,
go for walks and help with running errands.
2. REFLEXOLOGY - The practice of stimulating points on the hands and feet, which encourages a beneficial impact on the rest of the body; this is very relaxing and helps the bodies natural ability to heal itself.
3. HEALING TOUCH/REIKI - This produces a feeling of deep relaxation, and can be used to heal the body, mind and spirit. In recent studies it has been shown to decrease the side effects of medication especially.
4. ACTIVE RELEASE - Movement of the soft tissue system combined with massage techniques that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
5. EXERCISE THERAPY - This involves everything from simple walking and assisted movement to organized training sessions intented to build strength and stamina.
